Cookie policy
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies ProPlanner places on proplanner.eu, why we use them and how you can manage your choice. Analytical and marketing cookies are only placed after you have given your consent.
The website is managed by ProPlanner BV, Kwadestraat 149A bus 5.1, 8800 Roeselare, Belgium, VAT BE 0825.043.990. Please read this policy together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data in general.
Under the European ePrivacy rules and Belgian law, we must ask your consent before placing cookies that are not strictly necessary for the website to work.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser or on your device. It lets the website recognise your device and remember information, such as your cookie choice. Similar technologies, such as tracking pixels and scripts, are covered by this policy as well.
Why do we use cookies?
Cookies differ by who places them and how long they stay:
- First-party cookies are placed by ProPlanner itself, on the proplanner.eu domain.
- Third-party cookies are placed by another organisation, such as Google, Meta or LinkedIn, through services we use on our website.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device until their expiry date or until you delete them.
Our cookie banner groups cookies into four categories:

Third-party cookies and data transfers
Google, Meta and LinkedIn place or read their cookies only after you consent to the relevant category. These parties process the collected data under their own privacy policies, and ProPlanner has no influence over how they use it:
Some of these providers may transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area, such as the United States. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your consent
On your first visit, a cookie banner asks for your choice. You can accept all cookies, refuse them, or choose per category through the cookie settings. Necessary cookies are always placed, because the website cannot work without them.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through Privacy settings at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect cookies already used lawfully before.
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website from working properly. More information on managing cookies is available at allaboutcookies.org.
Changes to this policy
We review this policy whenever we add or remove cookies, and at least once a year. The latest version is always available on our website. This is version v26.10.
