Say hello to... Joppe!
Three months ago, our new Sales Hunter started at ProPlanner. Time to check in: how's it going, what drives him, and what are his ambitions? From first impressions to sales goals!
You've been working here for 3 months now, what's your first impression of ProPlanner?
Joppe: "ProPlanner is a great company that is growing rapidly, with the ambition to bring the great product that ProPlanner is to the automotive world, and to grow it further in Europe, which they are already doing well.
The team is very diverse, with both quiet and more outgoing personalities. That mix is what makes it so enjoyable. We also meet up after hours, for example, for an after-work drink on Fridays. My colleagues even came to support one of my volleyball matches. I think that's really cool!
What will you do to strengthen our team?
Joppe: "As a Sales Hunter, I will explore the market, listen carefully to its needs, and, based on that, show them how ProPlanner can help them."
What makes a successful workday for you?
Joppe: "On the one hand, when I've been able to complete all the intended tasks, and on the other hand, when I've had a good sales kick. That's the most fun."
What has been your most fun challenge so far?
Joppe: "There have been many. Giving a demo independently is perhaps the most exciting. I've also been given a lot of freedom to prospect. My biggest ambition right now is to find and close a (cold) prospect completely independently."
