We've been using ProPlanner's drop-off and pick-up module for a year and a half now, which was brand new at the time. Before that, I simply scheduled drop-off and pick-up by heart.

The pickup and delivery module makes this much easier. We simply check a box when a car needs to be delivered or picked up, and this information is included in the schedule and reporting. This way, we can see exactly which cars were delivered or picked up on which date. For us, this clear overview is one of the main advantages.

Efficiency is also a major factor, especially if you have multiple locations. I've been doing this work for a long time, so I can see at a glance which vehicles need to be dropped off or picked up. But if I'm not there, another employee can easily take over without my intervention. We recently opened a second location, and we've found that this module is indispensable in our business.

The pick-up and drop-off module is efficient, clear, and simple, yet comprehensive. I would definitely recommend it to other car rental companies.
